Also known as the "Solarium" or "The Solar District," The Chancel is accessed through the Solar Portal in Celestia Base Camp. Morganthe makes her first appearance during the confrontation with Big Salgio.
The Stag Zodiac Tome for the Press Pass quest is located here (the Solar Door must be deactivated in order to gain access to it).
