Description

Titan's Trident is the Storm Titan's weapon and the penultimate Boss of Empyrea. In order to defeat it, Wizards must deal 20,000 Damage to it three times.

Advanced Combat Rules:

• Spell Decks cannot be changed while in this instance. (Make sure to set the spells in a deck before entering this instance).
• No-PvP spells are disallowed in this fight.
• PvP-Only Spells are allowed in this fight.
• Wizards cannot re-join combat after fleeing mid-combat.

Second Hand Chest:

• The Second Chance Chest, Storm Titan Chest, will appear after the duel.

Description

Titan's Trident is the Storm Titan's weapon and the penultimate Boss of Empyrea. In order to defeat it, Wizards must deal 20,000 Damage to it three times.

Advanced Combat Rules:

• Spell Decks cannot be changed while in this instance. (Make sure to set the spells in a deck before entering this instance).

• Wizards cannot re-join combat after fleeing mid-combat.

• The Second Chance Chest, Storm Titan Chest, will appear after the duel.
  

Cheats

• On the first Round, Titan's Trident will interrupt-cast an Equalize Global which sets the Damage cap to 949,999. The Trident will recast the Global when it is replaced.
  • If a Wizard uses a Nightbringer Enchanted Attack and changes the Global the next round, the Global isn't changed back until after the hit.
• Joining the battle late (after Round 1) will cause the Storm Titan to interrupt-cast Glowbug Squall (Shadow, 2,250) on the Wizard, and summons a random Refraction of the following.
  • Deadly Ice Refraction
  • Mythic Fire Refraction
  • Stormy Life Refraction
• The Storm Titan will pull up the Trident and slam it down randomly, removing all unprotected Wards and Charms from itself.
• The Storm Titan will randomly laugh at the end of a Round, and at the end of the following Round he will shoot lasers from his eyes, dealing 1,375 Shadow Damage to all and removing a Shadow Pip from all Wizards.
• The Storm Titan will pull up the Trident at the end of the Round that it gets its fifth Shadow Pip, which will render the Trident untargetable. While in this state, the Boss can only pass or cast Glowbug Squall (Shadow, 2,250). At the end of the third Round after it was pulled up, the Storm Titan will swing the Trident, dealing 5,500 Shadow Damage to all Wizards, and return it to the battle.
  • While the Trident is gone from the battle, the Storm Titan can still laugh, and subsequently use his laser eye attack the following Round.

• Mellori - "Aww, you gotta be kidding me! The Paradox Chain just keeps charging him back up! Look out!" - After taking 20,000 Damage, the Storm Titan will emerge at the end of the Round and completely restore the Trident's health by grasping the Paradox Chain.
  • When the Trident is healed, it summons Refractions depending on the number of Wizards present. (Confirmation needed)

• Mellori - "The Paradox Chain just keeps recharging him. This is hopeless!"
• Bat - "No it's not! I know what we have to do now! Wizard, just keep attacking!" - After taking another 20,000 Damage, the Storm Titan will again completely restore the Trident's health by grasping the Paradox Chain.
  • The Trident's healing will summon more Refractions. (Confirmation needed)
• After the Trident takes 20,000 Damage for a third time, a cutscene will occur where Mellori breaks the Paradox Chain, destroying the Trident, and defeating the Boss.

Spell Notes

Casts a protected Stormspear and Reaperblade (Storm-Shadow).

Glowbug Squall (Shadow, 2,250) is not a Glowbug Squall, but rather the Trident's special move. When cast, the Storm Titan appears behind a Wizard and squeezes them, dealing massive Damage. Despite what the Spell text indicates, this is a single-target Spell.
