You seek to separate me from my beloved Tatyana. Would you cleave the sun from the rose? The moon from the stars? Would you extinguish music from the Spiral? By what right do you break Tatyana's Phylactery and threaten to send her spirit into the Outer Void? We are meant to be joined, forevermore. And you, you miserable creature, when I shatter your body and deliver your broken form to Malistaire, all my desires will be rewarded. Malistaire can restore my Tatyana to life so that we can be together. Now Wizard, let's see what you have the second time around."

Cheats

• "I revel in my power!" - If a Wizard casts a positive charm (e.g. blade), Shane von Shane will cast a 0 pip, Supercharge (+12%) on himself.
• "I will not bow down to you!" - If a Wizard places a negative charm on Shane (e.g. Weakness), he will cast Sacrifice (Death) on himself.
  • Pet spells will trigger this cheat.
  • Secondary spell effects will trigger this cheat (e.g. Efreet's negative Charm).
  • Plague or Virulent Plague will not trigger this cheat.
• "I can see through you" - If a Wizard casts a Feint on Shane, he will cast a Dark Pact (+30%) on himself.
  • Mass Feint (+75%) and Mass Hex will not trigger this cheat.
• "More life for me!" - If a Wizard casts a healing spell, he will cast an enhanced version of Vampire at the Wizard, which deals 1,050 Death Steal Damage and returns half to caster.
  • Pet spells will activate this cheat.
  • Beguiled players are allowed to heal.
• "Bah, you are nothing!" - Whenever Shane is damaged, he will cheat-cast a version of Healing Current on himself that heals for 100, 400 or 1,000 health.
  • Dissipate can be used to dispel this cheat.
  • Damage over Time effects will trigger this cheat.
  • Supernova will not trigger this cheat.

Interrupt Cycles
This fight revolves around 2 independent cheat cycles: a "Storm Interrupt Cycle" and a "Death Interrupt Cycle."

Storm Interrupt Cycle:

This cycle starts at the end of Round 1, and repeats every 4 Rounds.

• "Prepare for the thunder!" - At the end of the first Round in this cycle, Shane von Shane will cast Stormblade on himself.
• "And the lightning!" - At the end of the second Round, he will cast Stormspear on himself.
• "The storm grows!" - At the end of the third Round, he will cast Galvanic Field.
• "And shatters you!" - At the end of the fourth Round, he will cast his Natural Attack on a random Wizard.

Death Interrupt Cycle:

This cycle starts at the beginning of Round 2, and repeats every 4 Rounds.

• "We feast tonight!" - At the beginning of the second Round in this cycle, Shane von Shane will cast an enhanced version of Vampire on a random Wizard, which deals 1,050 Death Steal Damage and returns half to caster.
• "The monster begins to rise!" - At the beginning of the third Round, he will cast a Dr. Von's Monster (900) on a random Wizard.
• "It's a graveyard smash!" - At the beginning of the fourth Round, he will cast Monster Mash (1,170) on a random Wizard, beguiling them.
  • This cheat will continue to occur every round until he is hit again.
  • Supernova and Mana Burn will not reset this cycle.
  • Wizards that are beguiled will not trigger this cheat.
• "Hiss!" - This cheat cycle can be reset by attacking Shane (Shane attacking himself does not reset the cycle).
