Description

• Billy the Cutter is the "Secret Boss" found in State Wing, the first Dungeon in Barkingham Palace. A Wooden Skeleton Key is required to access this Boss.
  
• Defeating Billy the Cutter grants the "Cutter's Bane" Badge.
  

Speech:

"Oy, what's all this then? You don't 'ave the credentials to be 'ere! Mister Meowiarty told me to introduce Catrin Chesire to Doctor Jackall, but he didn't say nothin' about you. You work for Bones, doncha? I can smell 'im on you. I guess it's up to me t'finish you off."

Cheats

• "I can use that!" - If a Wizard casts a universal Shield or single-target Absorb Spell, then Billy will interrupt-cast Steal Ward on the receiver.
  • If a multi-target universal Shield Spell is cast, such as Legion Shield, then Billy will only steal the Ward from the caster.
• "That'll help!" - If a Wizard casts an Ice, Fire, or universal Blade, then Billy will interrupt-cast Steal Charm on the receiver.
  • If a multi-target universal Blade is cast, such as Bladestorm, then Billy will only steal the Blade from the caster.
  • Using Aegis will prevent this cheat.
  • Pet Spells and Maycasts will trigger this cheat.
• "This will cool you off!" - At the end of the fourth Round, and at the end of every eighth Round after, Billy will interrupt-cast Frost Giant.
• "This will warm you up!" - At the end of the eighth Round, and at the end of every eighth Round after, Billy will interrupt-cast an enhanced version of Fire Dragon that deals 495 Fire Damage plus 395 Fire Damage over three Rounds.
• "You'll pay for that!" - After casting Fire Serpent, Fire Dragon, Heck Hound, using his cool off or warm up cheat, sometimes after using his Natural Attack and Scald, and rarely after Meteor Strike, Billy will interrupt-cast a Fire Prism on a random Wizard, and then use his Natural Attack on that Wizard.
  • If this cheat triggers while Billy has no Pips, then his Natural Attack will act as though he has one Pip.
  • Billy will only use this cheat after his Natural Attack if the sound that accompanies his Natural Attack is more of a growl than a grunt.
  • Although his Natural Attack is not cast when used through this cheat, it can still be Dispelled.
